Our Process

A clear path from idea to completion.

Explore the eight stages of a construction project. The scope, responsibilities, schedule and required approvals are confirmed for your specific project.

  1. Consultation

We start by understanding what you're trying to accomplish — not just what needs to be built.

    • Discuss goals, constraints and drivers
    • Identify the real deadline behind the deadline
    • Confirm the project is a fit for our capabilities
  2. Site Evaluation

We walk the space and document existing conditions before anyone estimates anything.

    • On-site walkthrough and measurement
    • Existing conditions photographed and recorded
    • Access, utilities and structural considerations noted
  3. Estimate & Scope

A written scope and a line-item estimate, so you know exactly what is and isn't included.

    • Line-item pricing tied to a written scope
    • Exclusions and assumptions stated plainly
    • Allowances identified up front, not discovered later
  4. Planning & Scheduling

Trades, materials, permits and inspections sequenced into one schedule before work starts.

    • Critical-path schedule built and shared
    • Subcontractors committed to dates
    • Permits filed and long-lead items ordered
  5. Construction

Supervised execution with a single point of contact who actually knows your project.

    • Daily site supervision and trade coordination
    • Progress documented with photos
    • Changes priced and approved in writing before they happen
  6. Quality Control

Work is checked against the scope as it's completed, not all at once at the end.

    • Phase-by-phase quality checks
    • Inspections scheduled and attended
    • Issues corrected before the next trade covers them
  7. Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished project with you and build the punch list together.

    • Joint walkthrough of completed work
    • Punch list documented and assigned
    • Punch items completed and re-verified
  8. Project Completion

Clean handoff — documentation, warranties and a site left the way it should be.

    • Final cleaning and site restoration
    • Closeout documentation and warranties delivered
    • Post-completion follow-up

What to bring to the first conversation

  • Property location and how the space is used
  • A description of the work you have in mind
  • Plans or photos, if you have them
  • Your budget range and preferred timing

Every project is different. Permits, site conditions, material availability and approved scope changes can affect the sequence and schedule.
